犀利士 (PDE5抑制劑) : 治療起功能障礙,改善尿路使下體細胞內 cGMP 濃度升高,導致平滑肌鬆弛、血流增加,產生勃起.是長效的PDE5I,起效時間為30min,作用時間可持續36小時,作用不受進食影響。同時,研究證明每日服用犀利士對繼發於BPH的下尿路症狀有治療作用,因此對合併ED和下尿路症狀患者尤為適用。常用劑量為10mg和20mg,推薦起始劑量為10mg;長期服用的劑量為5mg。
